MRI Software’s Callmax Mobile App provides users with a convenient extension of the Callmax Automated Communications website, allowing access to various features directly from their mobile devices. The app is compatible with the latest iPhone and iPad models. Tasks that can be performed using the Callmax Mobile App include:

• Listening to call recordings, viewing caller details, and taking notes
• Returning calls and responding to emergency page-outs
• Managing packages for collection and delivery to residents
• Conducting speed-checks (check-in and check-out packages) and handling resident notifications
• Managing maintenance and courtesy schedules
• Monitoring lone workers, checking them in and out, as well as managing escalations
• Viewing, searching, and editing user information
• Accessing current greetings, announcements, and a variety of FAQs
